The other day while at work, I went to Panera Bread on my lunch break. The girl at the register had her cell phone nearby and I happened to notice it was a cool Stitch phone case with ears! I asked her about it and she quickly got embarrassed and said “I’m a dork, I know.” I just smiled and showed her my phone case (which was a Minnie phone case) as I pulled out my Disney Visa to pay. Oh, did I mention my Disney Visa was housed in a Disney wallet? I told her she shouldn’t worry, she had no idea how bad I was.
It got me thinking though- how much Disney did I have on me? I had those items, my laptop at work had a Disney sticker on it and was in a Disney neoprene case, my keychain was Disney, I had Disney jewelry on, and the clothes I had with me to change into .. Yep. Disney t-shirt. How much Disney do you care with you daily? I would love to know and to share with everyone what you have on you as your daily dose of Disney nerddom. Oh my Gosh Mary, you have hit a topic I feel there is never enough Disney on me. I always have my D&B Sketches bag w/matching wallet. My wallpaper on my cell phone is Disney ( I have a driod, so not many Disney Cases for them) I always have earrings, necklace & watch (all Disney) Oh then I have 4 Disney Tattoo’s. Oh then the Disney Grocery bags you can get at any disney store, I use that as my carry all (lunch, books & such, when going to work. Then it carries on to my van with all my window clings
YES! I didn’t even talk about how my laptop background was a Disney graphic, my car has Disney stuff (antenna and just Dis things in there), watch, etc. I always have something Disney on me. I love it though when people spot the subtle Disney things and comment. I always feel like it is secret code for a fraternity! Sometimes though, I will say something to someone when I see them at work and they kind of look at me like I am crazy. It has happened a few times with women who have Dooney’s. I would not buy an expensive bag like that if I didn’t LOVE the Disney print, AKA be a Disney nut. I love bags, and will spend some money on them, but I would never buy an expensive bag with Barbies all over it – and I love Barbie. To me, the Disney D&B’s are something Disney nuts carry – maybe that is wrong, but it’s sad when I encounter one and try to talk Disney and people shut me down =[ So sad!
