My trip for the Princess Half Marathon last month I had the opportunity to try the Kuamsha Breakfast. According to the Disney Parks Blog, Kuamsha means awakening. Sanaa is a nice place to “awaken” and have breakfast.
You have the option to sit down or take out your food. Many have criticized Kidani for not having a Counter Service place to grab breakfast. Well, Disney must have listened to you. This menu
has many options and is very reasonably priced in my opinion for the amount of food you get.
We decided to sit down. One reason Sanaa lunch is one of my favorites is due to this view – I never get sick of it.
That guy on the end visits our family every trip – its not a Disney trip without him. He’s hilarious.
We ordered at the counter and then were given this guy.
How cute is that??? Then servers brought us our food.
I had the Savanna Platter
My friend had the Boare Breakfast.
We both really enjoyed our food. The Tanzanian Hash browns have a little spice to them but not so spicy that a picky eater wouldn’t like. We also enjoyed the Tomato Chutney that added a little kick to our eggs – we ordered extra. This is really just ordinary breakfast food with a small twist and I highly recommend it.
The Kuamsha breakfast also has many healthy grab and go options, parfaits, muffins, bagels, quiche, fruit platters, banana breads. We grabbed bagels with peanut butter and two bananas for our early “awakening” tomorrow for the Princess 10K. This a great option for breakfast if you are staying at Kidani. We were very happy with it and ate there twice. I had the same thing 😉 You will enjoy it.
