This fall a brand new dining experience is coming to Disney Springs, Terralina Crafted Italian. This new restaurant will take the place of Portobello Country Italian Trattoria at The Landing. Overseeing the multi-million dollar redesign of this new dining experience is the internationally renowned and James Beard award winning chef, Tony Mantuano.
When Terralina Crafted Italian opens this fall, it will join the prestigious family of Levy Restaurants known for their attention to quality, detail, and innovation.
Italy’s Lake District has inspired writers, painters, and poets from all over the world. It also served as the inspiration for this new dining experience. The restaurant will offer diners waterfront views of Lake Buena Vista. The redesign will also feature a veranda bar outside the restaurant’s main entrance offering guests craft cocktails mixed with herbs. The restaurant’s design makes the kitchen with wood burning oven an inviting centerpiece for guests to gather. Each dining room will tell a story through its eclectic design.
As the restaurant’s name suggests, the menu will feature authentic Italian cuisine prepared with Chef Tony Mantuano’s signature olive oil imported from Italy. The menu will include artisan hand tossed pizzas, fresh vegetable dishes, mussels, and pork chops. There will also be favorites held over from the Portobello Country Italian Trattoria menu such as, the signature pasta dishes and antipasti platter.
The President and CEO of Levy Restaurants said, “we are excited to open Terralina Crafted Italian and share our vision to deliver authentic food, hospitality and every last detail as part of a memorable guest experience.”
